“Notes from a Heart Learning to Rest”

Hello, beautiful souls.

I’ve been quiet here for a while—my mind racing with ideas, but my heart whispering for stillness. I started this blog to share my journey as a life coach in training, to hold space for every fear, every triumph, and every gentle step forward. But somewhere along the way, I lost the thread.

Lately, I’ve been fighting an urge to “do more”—read more books, post more content, plan more courses—only to find myself exhausted, disconnected, and doubting my own path. Does that sound familiar?

So today, I’m returning to why I began: not to prove anything, but to express myself. To share the raw, unfiltered moments—when I break down in silent screams, when I find solace in a candlelit corner, when I choose one tiny action and it feels like a revolution.

Over the next weeks, I’ll be writing about:

  1. The Inner Scream—what it feels like to carry unspoken pressure, and how simple “heart-listening” rituals can soothe it.
  2. Choosing One Thing—why narrowing our focus is not giving up, but giving ourselves permission to grow with kindness.
  3. Rest as Resistance—how pausing TV binges and career hustles can actually be an act of courage and self-love.

If any of this resonates, I invite you to stay with me. Comment below or send me a message—tell me what you’re feeling or fearing. Let’s build a space were getting soft is the new strong, and every little step is cheered as a victory.

Have you been feeling like you’re in a season of stillness or self-return?
I’d love to hear what this season is teaching you.

Leave a comment or message me — let’s build a space were slowing down is honored, and softness is strength.

Or if this post spoke to you, share it with someone who might need a gentle reminder, too.

With all my heart,

Thriving for change.
