A Fresh Start: Returning After a Pause
Hi everyone! It’s been a few months since my last post. Life pulled me in many directions—spending time with family, celebrating weddings, and supporting my sister through illness. It was a season that reminded me how unpredictable life can be, and how much reflection we sometimes need.
During this time, I realized some important lessons about boundaries and control. Being with family reminded me that we can’t manage everything or everyone—and that’s okay. Growth comes from noticing what we can influence, letting go of what we can’t, and honouring our own space and energy. These lessons have shaped my approach to personal growth, coaching, and everyday life in powerful ways.
Now, I’m excited to be back! Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing a mini-series on breaking free from autopilot, noticing patterns, and taking small, intentional steps toward growth. If you’ve ever felt stuck in routines or overwhelmed by life’s demands, this series is for you.
As I begin again, I’d love to hear from you—what’s one area of your life where you’d like to move off autopilot and take a more mindful step? Share in the comments or reflect on it privately as your own starting point. Let’s take this journey together, one mindful step at a time.
